Incase you don't know. This item is a reference to the TF2 Comics where Sniper was revived by The Medic.

This doesn't really fit sniper; the Burly Beast is funny but should really be restricted to halloween because it doesn't fit medic at all. Just giving the merc muscles similarly to dynamite abs also doesn't work, because dynamite abs is already stretching it's boundaries similarly to how the burly beast does. It's really just saved by the fact that it's equipped by the demoman, a maniac who lugs dynamite and other explosives around all day, while sniper sits up high and was simply butter knifed to death by the spy in the meet the spy video.
