This mod doesn't work because Your New Empire doesn't work yet, it's being worked on and will be updated soon.

Damn, thats sad, this was one of the best mods for the empire. Perhaps if were lucky Yari will keep it alive, either way RIP Pear.

@MidgetNinjaX db/effect_bonus_value_basic_junction_tables/yne_ec_units_cost_prestige might be related to it. I recommend asking freakpear on the YNE discord channel, he is pretty helpful from my experience.

Hey, I know you said adjusting the value for the Nuln Ironsides shouldn't be too difficult, and you're probably right, but I don't suppose you could point me in the direction of where to find that value to adjust in the first place, because I'm a bit stumped and overwhelmed tbh.

@YariSlayer So apparently it's all good with the first one. I was trying to combine sfo, your SUBmod and Sigmar's Heirs. When i switched oFf SH the recruitment option was all good. So scratch that one.
The Prestige refund bug persists tho.

@RangerofIthilien for the first part is it the same issue that was described by @happyowl? if so does it persist with only yne installed or does the error occur only with grimhammer and yne installed

for the second part, yeah that part is buggy. I'll try fixing it but it probably take some time since my modding skills arent that great

@Delta-118 form my own testing my mod is still functional with the newest version of sfo since it doesnt edit a lot of parts of the game.
CA's launcher always throws up errors after the game gets updated even in cases when the mod still works, I'll fix that eventually by reuploading the mod again but the mod should work fine either way.


@MidgetNinjaX yeah the chance is pretty low, I dont see that as a problem since Nuln Ironsides are quite strong. I dont plan on changing it but you could try, changing a number from 2% to something higher shouldn't be too difficult.

It's weird that the percent chance to make nuln ironsides is as low as it is, and that pool is only one. I'm pretty sure that's a hold over from vanilla, where Nuln's elector troop was a steam tank. Any chance that can be adjusted to something a bit more reasonable?

The Elector State troops recruitment is buggy.
It displays units to hire when you have an alliance with said Elector, however you can't actually recruit them unless you outright own the province capital. Furthermore, if you select a unit in the menu you naturally have to select "recruit" to buy them. However if you click them again to cancel recruitment you won't be refunded prestige.

@mechaslav for compatibility between yne and mixuLL you probably need to ask freakpear, since all my mod does is make it compatible with SFO

@happyowl can you check if the issue also occurs if you have only yne enabled? my patch doesnt touch the recruiting of elector count units so it's either an incompatibility between sfo and yne that still has to be fixed or a bug in yne

Do you think that Mixu's Legendary Lords would conflict with alterations made in this mod? They dont make each other crash or anything. Just curious if you knew off the top of your head. Dont trouble yourself finding out.

Can confirm, that random elector count units are just unrecruitable for some reason. For me it is mostly stuff i am yet to confedarate?

For some reason I can't recruit Electoral Count troops. I have enough prestige but when I click on them, nothing shows up in the army bar (have room for 10 more units) and the recruit button stays grey'd out. nothing but SFO and this mod are on

@Swinky I can't reproduce the crash on my end, are you using mods other than mine and its requirements?

If yes, then remove mods from your modlist until the crash stops happening so you can find out which mod is causing the crash.

every time i start a new game at turn 3 the game crashes, i can't even save, and it's always on turn 3

Zharrhammer is a submod for SFO so i assume it should be fine, sigmars heirs is afaik incompatible with SFO so that wont work well

@freakpear thanks for the offer, I'm already on the discord i just didnt mean to bother you since you already seem busy enough with working on YNE lmao.

My mod itself is pretty small since it only touches the authority effects in order to bring them in line with SFO effects, I never touched EC unit replacements since SFO adds its own Elector Counts Units.

Currently my main issue is that during the transition to 3.0 some new UI incompatibilities were introduced, notably part of the Authority bar has the wrong color (should be light green but is orange) and sometimes multiple brackets on the authority bar show up as if they are in effect, even though they arent.

I assume that this might be due to how you restructured your mod's tables but im not sure. If you have an idea for how I could make my mod force your changes to the authority bar to be in effect that would be nice.

Hello mate, if you want want help maintaining this I'll happily let you know what changes are made that will likely effect SFO in each update. Are you on the Discord? Will also add your submod to the main mod page.

For the most recent update I removed the EC unit replacements so SFO adjustments are no longer needed, and changed some of the Imperial Authority effects.

I tried, declaring war can reduce imperial authority, but restoring the Elector cannot increase imperial authority. The button to increase imperial authority by spending prestige also has no effect.

No rush! It was funny I was in the middle of setting up my modlist for an empire playthrough when it got updated. Randomly my game started CTDing on launch even though I hadn't changed anything. Freaked me out for a second but it's all good. I shall continue my Bretonnia playthrough until things are updated

@Narrows I'm not able to reproduce a ctd on my side, can you check if the crash also occurs if you have only my mod, yne and grimhammer loaded? also it might be that the you save file is corrupted due to the updates to both yne and my mod. I unfortunately, dont know whats causing the overlap of the bar, again try just loading my mod and it's requirements on a new save and see if you can reproduce it

@Hero Slayer i tried reproducing this by starting a new game and declaring war on an elector count (giving me -4 authority). That works as it should on my side so check if it works for you too. If it does then it might only be some specific event thats broken and if it doesnt then it might be an incompatibility with another mod or a corrupted save

When I was using it, I found that the imperial authority has always been 0 and there has been no change.

Thank you for fast respond. The crash is not causing by end turn but by saving. Even if I save manualy, game crash. Seems my saves are done because of SFO multiple updates. Do you have any idea what is causing this overlap in imperial autorithy bar?

@Narrows Checked it on my side, I'll lsee about fixing the bugged authority indicator.

About the crash, when starting a new game with just my mod, sfo and your new empire it didn't crash when ending the turn. Can you maybe tell me if there is something else leading up to the crash/how I could reproduce it on my side?

Main mod has been updated. It crashes the game at end turn with sfo. Also the imperial autorithy indicator is bugged and overlap

Porting the imperial authority adjustments to 3.0 should be easy enough but i'll have to see if YNE introduces more incompatibilities with SFO since it got a pretty large update

Mod is obviously not gonna work on 3.0 because SFO will need to be updated, mod will stay up in it's current version for anybody that plays on the previous patch
