Here is the file and the text you need to add in the autorun folder:

sh_playermodel_list.lua

player_manager.AddValidModel( "Combine Soldier", "models/jq/theparrygod/transition_period_overwatch_soldier_modified.mdl" )

player_manager.AddValidModel( "Combine Elite", "models/skipp/combine/alyx_elite_pm.mdl" )

Are there some mod requirements that aren't specified in the description? the PM models aren't showing up but the spawnable ones appear just fine. Sucks if they're just busted, Gus's one is good but the elbow pads are broken, so I was hoping this would be a good alternative
