@Zacryon it very much needs SYR, as that's how any of the processes can work, sorry. I'd try backing up your save, removing all items and buildings related, and then remove. If it doesn't work, that's why you got a back up

There isn't an option to make this mod somehow independent from [SYR] Processor Framework, or is there? The Processor Framework marks removing the mod from the savegame as unsafe, which would make this Neutroamine Distiller unsafe to remove. Although I think it's a cool idea, I would like to have the option to safely remove mods in the future without breaking my savegame.

On a sidenote: @LTFreeBorn if you are referring to "Farmable Neutroamine", you still need to process those leafs in a drug lab. It's very common to extract specific chemical compounds from plants. Have you had any sugar recently? That's an easy example for this.

Now THIS, is what i was lookin for. This is definitely a more balanced mod from the ones i saw. Like growing a Neutroamine plant (my guy, its a chemical. How the hell do you grow a chemical?). So... instead of going for those easier solutions. I like this one better.

I'm not mad at you, I just think it defeats the point if you only make ONE Neutroamine out of four processes every three days. At that rate, it takes something close to a week, if you count the Wort fermenting, to make just ONE.

You must have something in mind that I am missing, because you seem to know how to make this productive and I don't.

I looked through your code to see how it worked. (This is because stupid me forgot to add the Mod to my thousand Mod list that takes fiteen minutes to load.)

That's what I mean. When you put Hops into the Fermentation Barrel, you wait several days to get Beer. THEN, you put the Beer into the Neutroamine Tank to get Concentrated Alcohol, which takes more time. Finally, you put all of that through the Drug Lab to make Neutroamine.

It makes it pretty much useless.

I agree this setup may be overkill for some, but it is a good contrast to all mods making Neu basically out of thin air. However I definitely would appreciate some easy access parameters for on the fly reconfiguration, since I also like shortcuts.

Have you actually tried this? Because you make concentrated alcohol first, and then make neutroamine. I appreciate feedback, but it's not of much use if it's from someone who hasn't even used it yet.

As a suggestion, what if it accepted Wort instead of or in addition to Beer? Beer already takes time to develop, so it makes it essentially useless to make Neutromine out of it.

Huh. Isn't this a little bit overkill? Three days and fifty beers for two Neutromaine at once? I mean, I am VERY glad that you take balance seriously, but there should be a way to actually make this thing useful.

Ah, forgot to add it, thank you for reminding me. And 100 beers. It's designed so that you don't just make 1 distillery. It also costs about 150 devilstrand per refinery

That's actually overkill. Fifty beers for one Neutromine? How many can you load into it at one time? Also, shouldn't you require the Universal Processor Mod or something similar in order to make it run?

@Turtleshroom I made what feels balanced to me. It already takes 3 days for 1 neutroamine to be made. It also takes 50 beers to make enough concentrated alcohol for 1 neutroamine.

Neutroamine is really hard toget in the game. How balanced is this? Surely, there should be a trade off in terms of power and the amount of resources it takes to make something so valuable out of something so common.

Oh shoot, this is a really good idea. I assume the alcohol is just Beer and/or Wort, right?
