Don't know why but this addon randomly started working for me again. Best guess: Gmod had an update and it changed something that coincidentally fixed this addon.

Do not grab, this and the 'updated' version no longer work properly. Guessing a recent major update broke stuff with these addons.

Maybe improve the particles--smaller and more streamlined, more in the back less in the front. Put a tiny bit of blood in the back.
