I played a Multiplayer game with a friend and we encoutered a problem, but you said the mod was untested so here's what happened:

We played as a 2 player team with the Test of time game mode on 3 wins. Each and every time we unlocked a victory type, my friend could not do the project and only I (the host) could. Not sure if the bahavior comes from the team or the multipyer, maybe both. The game registered our actions as the action of a single player for the win condition so no problem with that. Maybe multiplayer with no team should be tested further but here's what happened.

A new mod was just added which would add heaps of interest to this one - Historical Victory mode by TotalSlacker. Compatibility?? (Have asked other modder too).

Just used enhanced mod manager to setup a game with only advanced cheat menu and this mod. Victory projects show up, but test of time project still does not trigger the historical victory.

Has anyone ever seen this mod actually work? There were no dlc released after this mod came out so I have no idea what's causing these issues.

No idea what the mod conflict is but completing test of time victory project did not trigger the actual historical victory.

Also did not see any victory projects show up. Had to use cheat panel on a fresh game to even see the victory projects after researching all techs and civics.

I'd love to have an ECOLOGICAL VICTORY, where you manage by CARBON RECAPTURE tech *(GS) to offset all your CO2 emissions and become th first "Zero Emissions" civilization.
Do you think it could be made? If you do, I promess to buy you a ton of Rosamonte jajajajaja!

Something is off for me while playing with 3 victory project requirements.
Modding .log says:

I do not know how that came to be, considering the mod used to work fine for me and I did not touch it. Any idea what to do? TYVM.

Just a heads up that this mod stops any of the Victory conditions from working. After removing it my victory conditions worked.

Does not work in multiplayer I'm afraid, victory projects don't show up at all.
Amazing mod, wish it could be fixed for MP.

Welp I just played the best tourism game of my life only to realize that I set the game to require multiple victory conditions, and now my entire empire is just national parks on every tile. Can I humbly suggest that this mod should add something to the global victory tracking panel that reminds the player how many victories they are required to earn?

Have used this mode a few times and love it. But today I ran into a problem. I had to complete 3 projects. I took every other civ's cities then completed the projects for domination, religion and tourism. Then I completed the test of time project, and nothing happened, the game just proceeded to the next turn. I realised that I had unlocked the Diplomacy project while completing the test of time so I did that project as well but still no victory screen... Anyway to complete this game or is it a wash?

One of your options adds DP points for each victory project you complete. Another option could be to increase the player score so your more likely to claim a score victory.

so basically.. i need to build a final building once i have the icon full in the victory condition?
what i see is something like (to win i need to get science victory and reach another victory)

Test of Time is a brilliant idea! It makes it so that people have to invest in other victory types, meaning that even if you're going for a scientific victory, you should still try to claim as many great works as possible. It's also true that some objectives for victories coincide with others, for instance, taking the Crusade belief will allow you to easily achieve Domination after completing Religious. It also prevents ridiculous sub-100 turn culture victories.
My only problem would be that if you won a domination victory and conquered all territory in the world, you would technically win a religous victory (as long as you have a religion and have been using missionaries properly in your territory) and a culture victory (since your country is the only one left generating tourism and culture) instantly. Having said that, though, it's still a great gamemode if you turn Domination off.

Would you be able to create an economic victory condition with this? Or would that require code access we don't have? I would think unlocking it would require something along the lines of having a higher base GPT than x number of other civs combined (maybe all of them). It would be fun to be able to win through sheer economic might.

@BrickmasterE: The AI doesn't actually produce the projects, however, they still can claim each victory after some turns of keeping the victory conditions to emulate the same feeling/pace.

This is a fabulous addition. I always got a little annoyed when I was pushing for a Science Win and accidentally made a Culture Win.

Also might make me focus on a broader set of capabilities.

Amazing idea! I always thought that Domination victory should require you to hold out for some turns after conquering the last capital to allow for once-in-a-lifetime comeback. Making the conqueror do a project is a nice way of doing it
