I can send it to you via discord, if that helps.
I have a few problems with that. One, the NPCs literally die instantly, and two, it says your pastebin link is malicious so I can't send you the bugreport.
I can't tell quite how Plushbound could cause an issue like that. I'll need a little help from your side to identify the issue.
I need you to open the game, talk to an affected NPC, close the game again, send me the latest log by uploading it to Pastebin (https://pastebin.com) and sharing me the link here.
The log of your latest session can be found here:
https://community.playstarbound.com/threads/where-is-the-log-file.129960/
Make sure to upload the log named "starbound"/"starbound.log" (should be a text file)!
Out of curiosity, what do you plan on adding to the Outpost?
Those claw machines are actually NPCs in disguise and I suppose that NPCs have some sort of special behaviour when it comes to layers, while objects are always behind NPCs and players.
As for the dubloons, as long as they haven't been changed into a different item, then there should be no problem.

im running out of shelf space
The icon used for the clothes tab of the Arcade Workshop has the same name as the one used for the clothes tab of the spinning wheel, which makes it ultimately replace the spinning wheel one.
The Community Prize Dispenser description has a typo, the word "and" is spelt "abd".
This said, am fond of the existing one.
I'm sure they(?) adore it.
Read the section at the top of this mod's description to find out more!
This makes three mods that I helped out on, I got permission from the original maker of The Fennix Family to upload an updated/repaired version, I helped in tracing a bug with on the Starknight mod with missing recipes, and now this one with accidental bug discovery when asking a question about crafting items.
I honestly can't believe that I forgot to include the licenses in their stock and that nobody has reported this issue until now.
Thank you, again. This will be fixed with the next update, which should go live today, if everything goes well.
