It should leave alone the vanilla classes too and create new ones with hiis own category in IDN, I noticed in the editor that it overwrites every type of soldiers and some vehicles. The content it adds is good but that makes it messy.

this mod is nice and all but for some reason it messes with faction equipment in RIS

I have absolutely no idea what is causing this issue, but for some reason loadouts can't be applied to crewmen in the editor (steps to reproduce; load up the editor, place a player unit, place an AAF crewman, edit the crewmans loadout, launch the mission, observe that the crewman spawns with the default loadout and has the default loadout when returning to the editor)

Would it be possible to make a standalone faction using these same assets? (Just infantry groups as there's no really need for tanks and APC's since that's already in the vanilla AAF)

That is a fair point, and if you want to spend the time for it you can check the three dev versions of the mods I listed and see what's best in your own opinion if you'd want to make a different mod with outside sources so this one can be untouched. There's a few pieces of CSAT and NATO equipment pieces that could work well with modifying the AAF's look while also being in line with the 2035 lore for ArmA 3.

@Wheezer this mod is supposed to be standalone and not use assets from any other mod. however i might consider your respectable suggestion if the assets do actually look good on said AAF Units.

Once the varying Arma 3 Aegis and Aegis derivative mods update with their newer teased assets could you update this mod with those assets? I don't know when those mods would update but a good chunk of the newer equipment would look nice on some AAF soldiers.

(The mods being Arma 3 Aegis, Arma 3 Atlas, Arma 3 Opposing Forces as far as I know, the assets are in the dev versions but hopefully someday they'll be added to their respective mods)

Any plans to make Nato remake? The remake mods out there require a crap ton of mods to work for nato which I already have a big enough install for Arma 3 to rival that of a Fallout 4 or Skyrim modded game file already..
