unfortunately, that is automatic derived from the recipe. Unless katana and knife are removed totally from the recipes. One way to customize it yourself is to make a copy of the mod then edit the recipes and remove the scrap recipe for the items you'd never want to scrap.

How do I keep crafting prompt from being up *every time and for the duration* that I equip my katana or knife?
