1. Eccentric is coded to replace the Great Artist. To Fix this, go to AmericaNorton_GameDefines. sql file, Line 401, change 'UNITCLASS_ARTIST' to 'UNITCLASS_WRITER'

2. All Great Works' descriptions refer to TXT_KEY_GREAT_WORK_ECCENTRIC_GREAT_WORK, which does not exist in the xml file.

It looks like the Eccentric is accidentally coded to replace the Great Artist instead of the Great Writer, so I have no way to generate works of art. Hopefully this is an easy fix. (Their artworks also have some placeholder text in them but that's a less urgent issue.)
