This mod changes the Rite tenet so that it works correctly with this mod (otherwise the Polygamy vs Monogamy Rite restriction wouldn't work )
I would not expect it to, since AGOT alters some of the marriage functions to allow for the Blood of the Dragons exception to the normal marriage tenets.
coming back to what @Sneax said awhile ago, isn't there the possibility to make a game rule that automatically gives a certain number of concubines to all faiths that already have the polygamy doctrine. It would be very historically accurate since pretty much all faiths that historically sanctioned polygamy also allowed male slave owners to have intercourse with their female slaves, i.e concubinage.
You have a mod conflict.
You can a conflicting mod that restores the old opinion modifier check, probably Raja's of Asia (I think every report so far has been that mod). I have it down to make a comp patch for that when I have the time.
Thank you, i have tried, but when i add in command the doctrine that combined both, it add it as an mariage type in the faith doctrines, but the original doctrine of marriage previous in again active, so i have a malus when i have concubines for exemple. do you know how to correct it ?
So long as you adjust the game rules correctly, yes it allows combining Spouse and Concubine doctrines.
"I see, so this mod theoretically allows combining both doctrines, right? And I would just need to change the doctrine at the start of the game?"
(holy shit, you never get the chance to use the P word!)
I'm fairly confident you've got a mod conflict. I just tested this and mixed religions do have access to Offer Concubines (make sure you fully extend out all menus since it was hidden in the ... for me ) and also do take Concubines though .... not as quickly as you'd like, they go for appropriate number of spouses first and then fill in concubines if they can but there's generally not enough women at game start so after about a decade they've made half their court positions into Concubines and still only have 2.
Thanks, I'll look into it for offering Concubines ( I probably need to update a decision to a new format or something). I'd expect mixed AI to take concubines less often ( mostly only as many as they need for Prestige ) because the checks for wanting a Spouse/Concubine are mostly similar and Spouses have higher priority.
