Well…. Yes, I hate the original Reaper Shadow ability. Especially need to wait for that stupid revealed bar run though every time after shooting. (Very annoying when shooting Losts)
Sentry' Shrapnel
It seems too powerful, at least in the early game. +1 radius is really good, but +3 damage makes me not want to use it. It just makes the game too easy when most enemies are T1. Maybe move it to Captain even Major rank or combine damage with Volatile Mix will be better.
Shootist
In my understanding, you make Aim increase between 1-5 every time you rank up. For other Class, two good 5 rolls are too high, but for sniper. Even two 5 rolls are still too low, most other Class packs give Squaddie sniper 10 Aim already. If my Shootist had two 1 Aim rolls, I'd want to throw it down the toilet.
My Suggestion with Shootist, give it 6-11 Aim at Squaddie, 2-5 after every rank.
For other classes, 1-4, or 1-3 Aim may be better.
The Light 'Em Up ability has always worked as intended for me for my mod and other class mods that I've used before so I'm not sure what the cause of your bug that you are experiencing. LEU comes from the required mod [WOTC LW2] Classes Perk Pack which is where the root of your issue would be with another conflicting mod that you're using. It's definitely not coming from my mod because I did not make any changes to any abilities coming from the required perk pack mods.

I did some more tests, but can't get this bug to show up again, well…..:P
But I'll try to explain it better,

From the description of Light 'Em Up, It feel like you should only use one action point when you shoot with your primary weapon. And shot and kill Lost should just make Light 'Em Up ability useless, because head shot is free. (Test did exactly the same.)
But when bugs show up, it feels like shooting with the primary weapon uses two action points, and gives one back to you after shooting. When the Lost mixed in, it became Lost gave you a free shot already, and Light 'Em Up still gave you one more action point. (I did solve a crisis because of this bug.)
I vaguely recall encountering this bug a really long time ago, maybe when using the LW2 Class pack or Shadow Ops pack. But never have the same bug when using Proficiency Class Pack though.

About Ghost Recon and Ninja maybe because of other mod's tweaks , sorry about that. (Maybe Proficiency Class Pack, I'm not sure.)
About Sentry, I shot lost then reloaded the gun. That should make my sentry only have one action point left. right? But I still have two full action points, like I never shot lost then reload before.

The Ghost Recon and Ninja's detection range are the same as the Reaper which come from the Shadow ability which I didn't modify. And it appears that you are using them as intended. ;)
Not entirely sure what you're saying about the Sentry.....could you elaborate more?
I agree. I'm a huge fan of all class mods and wish that they would all work together but unfortunately, that's not the case.

Though I wonder do I have to increase Ailen power if I were going to use this class pack with some of Knoxxx proficiency classes since they are hard must have for me?
Vigilante's Pistol shot and overwatch icon place at first and second (they'll shift positions after ranke up)
Vigilante's left hand animation is sometimes in the wrong position.
Ghost Recon and Ninja's detected range needs nerf. Too powerful at smash and grab mission, or any kind recon, cover op. (No way been detected if not fire shot?)
Sentry's shoot and kill lost first then reload still got full movement.

Really a shame it couldn't work with [WOTC] LW2 Classes and Perks. That’s mean Player have give up a lot of other class mods.@@
