does this add rad damage to the ammo when used? like, apply rad sickness I mean to whomever is shot

Can you add Shotgun and HMG munitions for this mod? Also, is the damage of depleted ammo modified with this mod?

Penetration was reduced, as some of the earlier game ammunition penetrated too many floors walls etc. Actual damage was mostly unchanged.
