When you dock with an outpost, if the railgun's cooldown is not over, it will be stuck forever, and you won't be not able to shoot neither railgun nor coilgun.
Can be fixed by moving engine a bit into the hull.
Dual turret works like a charm though.
@armykid442: the dual turret *kind of* works under AI control, it will fire the coilgun, but only 'accidentally' use the railgun when loosing the target for a split second - which usually happens at point blank range, so beware of hull damage. It will also reload the railgun but not the coilgun ammo.
Better to reserve that turret for yourself imho.
