what does the incompatibility with prison commons mean? is it game breaking or just means dont activate the commons for bunk beds but otherwise fine???

omg this is amazing! perfect for barracks that have to deal with limited space. Such as gravships!

Only one pawn sleeps at bed. Others will sleep at floor.

Having the same issue as GoblinEngineer - pawns who are injured can't be tended to in a bunk bed

Love the mod, idea is great, sprites are nice as well, but there are two issues:
Doesn't work correctly as a medical bed. (small/avoidable issue).
Goes all wonky while rotating the ship. (kinda deal-breaker in mods that i use)

I'm having the same issue as @GoblinEngineer, rescued pawns are only carried to the bed but remain in "downed" state instead of being placed in the bed. Thanks for your work and a great mod though!

Currently having an issue where all bunks in a bed are reserved when one pawn is sleeping in them. I have many, many mods installed, so not sure if its a conflict or something.
I can say positively that the bed is identified as coming from Bunk Beds in the inspector.
Happy to share whatever i can to help if dev would like to look into this!

I'm running into a minor issue when trying to use bunkbeds as medical beds. When a pawn is hauled to the bed they are considered 'downed' but not in an actual bed, so the medical jobs don't trigger correctly, the doctor will just get stuck in 'standing' as the infinitely try to get the pawn in the bed, and then they fall out of it. Just had someone nearly bleed out because of this. Is this some weird mod interaction, or is this intended and I just need to use normal beds?

@Paxtonvds, they do change to orange! If it doesn't for you, I'd recommend testing it with just BunkBeds/Harmony. Maybe move Bunk Beds lower or upper in modlist?

Installed this for Odyssey to make a cozy ship, but I'm using it in my Prison right now. Works great, does exactly what I wanted. Fun* Fact: Bunks count as a shared bed not just for mood, but also Metalhorror infection , I think it's fairly obvious how I learned that.

Friendly reminder to the author that you could prevent those people reporting issues if you only would put the necessary dependency- & loadorder-rules into the About.xml - as it is... well... expected.

If you don't know how RW mods have to be structured and what to put in there, feel free to come to the RW Community Discord and visit the #mod-development channel - there's usually always someone around to teach you!

one of these mods are what causes the issue in the load order. from below Hugslib.

the list used to be smaller, but i've added several mods.

usually to fix the issue i just tuck Bunk Beds up under Hugslib, and the mods works, so whichever mod other people experience this issue with, there's our culprit

So i had the same issue as the rest. I've tested with just this mod and Harmony like Darknote suggested and that worked. So when i booted my save, i put this mod right below the core mods (and harmony ofc), and that seemed to do the trick!

Dear all who do have issues with the mod, I would encourage to try with just Bunk Beds and Harmony and also to temporarily backup/remove the Ludeon folder and see then. I'm seeing no issue with the mod on my massive modlist.

@Flamangos Yeah no apparent errors. simply non functioning as intended. Excited for the potential when it is fixed to have condensed sleeping quarters both in regular bases and Gravship. Bonus for sardine canning prisoners and slaves lol. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do @Taranchuk

i've also had a look at Dubs performance and this has two processes that are SUPER demanding. Always at the top. Seems a lot for a simple mechanic. I wish i could use this but have to remove for now. Like its using more than facial animation on 15 pawns...

@Candlestone it makes sense to have some form of mood debuff. Bunkbeds aren't ideal and you are technically sharing the same sleeping space. Being on the bottom bunk is not ideal as you hear every movement from above and being on the top isn't ideal because you can't easily get out of bed. Plus in general sleeping within a metre of someone else is usually not ideal and most people would have a mood buff from having their own bed rather than being forced to bunk up by their colony master/government.

Seems to only allow one colonist to use at a time. others assigned to the same spot will sleep on the ground wherever if the bed is already in use. Affects prisoners, slaves, and colonists.

I feel like the shared bed debuff shouldn't really apply to be fair. at least by default

A bunk bed is 2 beds, you aren't sharing the bed, you are sharing the bedframe.

There's seems to be some weird behavior with this mod when setting the bed to medical. Pawns will constantly get in and out of the bed, and downed pawns won't stay in the bed.

I am having the same issue as @Flamangos, colonist wont share the bed, however the "Shared bed mood debuff" is already off, they just refuse to sleep in the bunk beds, using the double bunk bed is giving me this issue

@Flamangos Try going into the mod options and disable the share bed mood debuff. Your ideo probably doesnt allow sharing a bed

Colonists won't share bed for me. Using no other bed related mods and only vanilla expanded. I can still asign them to share but one of them will sleep on the floor like they have no bed.

Not sure who to pass this idea along to, since I dont know how to do mods..now that we have a gravship, we need to setup a way for the beds on the ship to be secondary...

@zoroththeawesome, you can back it up, then delete it and test on a new save please. Then when you're done, delete the new folder and restore the old one.

You can even use the new one on your new save, however, I think you need RimPy app to save modlists so you can easily switch between as well as to remember, once you delete the folder, all your mod settings get deleted too!

@zoroththeawesome, the pawn graphics should appear correctly. One head popping on each bed. If it's a graphical glitch, I would recommend trying with a clean appdata/locallow/ludeon folder and try again, as well as try without any mods but Harmony and Bunk Beds.

Hey I wanted to ask as I'm not sure if this is as it should be. The pawns don't appear to be in the bunk bed, they all stack on the bottom bed. but they all appear to be getting the resting and comfort bonuses they should. Is this as it should be?
