I don't know if the Story Mode has defined loot for everyhing or if it's randomly generated like in Sandbox (I doubt that's the case haha) so it's likely that the only way of getting the items would be from a FEMA member (don't know if there's any in Story Mode) or from random survivors as a very rare drop (If the items are too common please comment so I make them rarer)

So I just wanted to say love you love the mod, have used it in sandbox in the past, and if you every get a chance to make it compatible with the story mode that would be amazing

I've basically updated your mod with extra 3 recipes, and added 4th for chemicals from human meat. Makes good use for long pork other than feeding random beggars.

And I never tried to replace an existing 3d model but you could try going to Editor then go to the Mods tab and enter Base Story, Edit Props and select the building you want to replace and in Model [0] select the model you imported, maybe that'll replace it
But I think it would be better if you just made a new prop and used that instead of replacing the existing ones
Or did you want the 3d model of this mod? I didn't understand your question
