@Knight-du-Lys Nah, mod works fine. You need to:

- Make sure you do not have mod conflicts.
- If adding in the middle of a campaign, notice the "changes next turn".
- These garrisons come from the defence buildings, without that building nothing changes.
- Make sure the mod is activated.
- Resubscribe to the mod.

@DarthKraven They usually don't need updating because CA rarely changes how garrisons work but I still update them anyway.

If the new lords use the same tables as the old ones it will work just fine. I don't own the DLC yet so if anyone can confirm it is working that would be nice.

Hey Oldie do your garrison mods need update for patch 4.0? at least, I think that the Cathay and Kislev mods need an update so it also applies for the Yuan Bo and Mother Ostankya, their new legendary lords and the Changeling doesn't need because he doesn't really owns settlements.

I honestly don't know wtf CA was thinking when they decided that a minor settlement with maxed walls only gives a couple of hob goblins and a unit of chaos dwarves.

@Gips is one of you using the Gamepass or Microsoft Store or Mac/Linux version?

Microsoft store is not compatible when modded with Steam version. Linux/Mac Steam version can be wonky when trying to play with Windows Steam version.

Make sure that both of you use the same mod and that the load order of your mods is exactly the same. If you have versioning issues, get Shazbot's Wh3 Mod manager from github and use it to merge your active mods together. While at it, you can check your active mods for conflicts. Then just share the merged mod with your multiplayer partners, drop in Wh3/data and have the merged mod be the only active mod.

Fixed outpost garrison coming from the main building and moved it to the wall building.

@Gips I've got no idea about anything multiplayer related so can't really help with that.

@NewEden Thank you for reporting. Others mentioned the outpost garrison is coming from the main building at the moment, which is not the intended way. I'll look into fixing this.

The outpost garrisons are still Vanilla. The rest works fine tho.

Any idea why do I get "Incompatible version" on a matchmaking with a friend while we both have the same mod (disabling this mod makes it work) ? :)

@Zandor I agree the T1-T2 of factories/outposts is too strong, I'll nerf it a bit.

@RippersGlory I'm not sure what you're trying to say, is the garrison for the main settlement defense building not working?

Understand the goal here, but I think it's too strong overall. 2X Blunderbusses at Tier 1 is very much OP.

I don't own the DLC yet, would be nice if someone could confirm this is working.

Will be added to the "All-in-One" version once it is working correctly.
