I'd maybe make each orange stand out more from each other, or try shades of brown to replace the colors on the solid or "mars logo" texture. Apart from that, it's pretty solid!

yo the slight attention to detail where bits of white are revealed at higher wears being bits of crystalized water is super cool. i do agree tho that some better team recognition would be good. its tough since mars is the "red planet", but maybe basing the blue team off of the whiter and dark blue hues of Mars's poles could work. that seems to be your wear texture tho, so maybe making the wear texture be the darker browns of Mars's craters could also work. the warpaint looks really good, so i kinda feel bad that this one small misstep might require some large overhauls.
