The more I study the descriptions of the 2 MODs the more I doubt they were compatible. Mercenaries + is supposed to delete the original Mercenary Guild and makes 8 new Factions of Mercenaries with characteristics of the region they are present. If your MOD just creates squads independently from the vanilla merc faction it could be fine. On the other hand in your MOD is a check "to hire strongest mercenaries you must be ally of correspond faction and Mercenary Guild." But the original Merc Guild has been deleted by the other MOD.
Furthermore you wrote "Mercenaries from other mods has the same hire cost as vanilla Mercenary." The Mercenaries + MOD has different and varying fees for each type of squad.
This mod affects all squads which has dialogue package: "mercenary guild", "body guard for hire", "Cannibal Hunter". Faction does no matter.
So it might works if squads in Mercenaries + has those dialogue packages or inherits from those dialogue packages.
