so far i have done three factor resets and also deleted all the files. i am going to test other mods to see if they are doing this also after this update

Although that does sound like something that has also happened to me before with another mod I seemed to fix it by quitting gmod and just restarting it again. Even unsubbing and resubbing just to be sure.

this was the only mod i had download. also it could be just gmod.

Okay, I am not sure what the issue could be, I tried it out on 3 different maps just to be sure with two being ones that are sure to spawn in combine. They are gm_excess_construct_13, gm_combine_onslaught_v2 and Combine Invasion: Safehouse Assault and there are no issues. Maybe there is another mod conflicting with this one?

this mod is broken. when spawning the replaced combine they turn invisible and the gameplay goes down to a frame per sec and then crashes
