No I wouldn't care, they are different and have different motives of what they're supposed to represent. Nobody would call that rivals locker for a control panel. Also if it was a copy valve would've taken it down and it was literally them that requested it

Usually not replying of stupid comments, first its not rip off from another work, second its request by the developers of the game (Facepunch and Twitch) to looks like this (there is concept art that show me how to make it to looks like this) and lastly why someone bitching about free drop skin that not gonna affect the market value of the other one cuz its not tradable

Does it really matter if it's a "rip off"? It doesn't infringe on any copyright from what I can tell so what would a report do and why would it be deleted?

Looks like a rip-off of another locker from Workshop. I'd suggest Steam to delete this item if the original content creator did not allow that.
