Removed movement bonus for lightning strike skill

I must ask again, can you please remove the movement bonus on the lightning strike skill which you added on your ai cheat mods? So that we have the pure vanilla with your nice ai cheat mods. i guess you forget it to remove when you create this mod here.

Hello, thanks for your difficult mods i will test it. I see you have add an speed boost on the campaign map for the lightning strike skill too. Can you please remove this one for this mod too? So that there are no changes how the games play compared to vanilla. Thank you!

Due to the current state of Warhammer 3 and that every 'patch' they drop breaks more stuff - currently no desire to continue modding as of this moment
