I actually had fun with this one! I enjoyed it! but yikes... what a really janky map...

This has ALOT of promise and it's shocking how this is the longest campaign I have ever played.

Some puzzles while it may be challenging with but can the dev please chill with really some of the most cryptic and most "WTF?" puzzles? it seems like it's always being solved with grenade launchers, which if you find one. you're kinda set, but better use like a refillable grenade launcher and/or multiple shots mod or you're gonna have a hard time playing this one. Unless you played this campaign like 2-3 times, you will have to look up a guide or video that shows where to go when solving puzzles.

I recommend it but DO recommend to look at a Youtube video for the puzzles you're stuck at. no ashame in that.

But for an average HL2 player, i'm sure will enjoy this regardless.

Oh and Level 20 and 21 are still broken, so dont worry about skipping those 2.

level 20 and 21 do not load and crash the server and there some error pop up in ravenholm

Continued due to Steams' word limit... I played this map by downloading all campaign parts and materials from Lil Saint on Gamemaps. I you look hard enough, you'll find my comment on Lil Saints' original workshop post of his HL2 campaign, with me linking the Gamemaps download. Unfortunately, Steam has taken the link down, many suns and moons ago. However, you'll still be able to find it by searching up! Thank you Lil Saint for this campaign, and the memories, and you too Sheriff Huckleberry, for sharing this campaign to others!

Wow... I remember this campaign. I played through the ENTIRE campaign in a single sitting! Of course, pauses and snack breaks included. Total playtime was 6 hours... dang. It wasn't too bad and went rather smoothly(I was playing on normal) and enjoyably... until the canal levels. You were only given the boat when the water was dangerous to cross... meaning YOU, had to wade through practical miles through water, leaving you open to damage. This was easily the worst part of the campaign, and where most of my deaths had occurred. Only after finally arriving to Black Mesa East was where the rest of the HL2 campaign was real dang fun! And to really top the Half Life 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 experience with the metaphorical cherry on top, I immediately played City 17, another campaign that picks up exactly where this one ends, and then the White Forest campaign right after that one! I practically made a little story out of these campaigns, as they flow so seamlessly into each other.

Texture Errors everywhere. Not worth it.

Error textures everywhere even after restarting l4d2.

missing textures everywhere, unplayable.
