In the end I found the solution, just the model is not compatible with some mods and is deformed because of it xd

Not deformed for anyone else as far as I'm aware, probably an issue with your setup.

you can make smg4 and smg3 but survivor in l4d1 let them be francis as smg3 and louis as smg4

How many high-poly models are you running? I haven't had either of them crash on me thus far, and L4D2 becomes extremely unstable if you're running several high-poly models. Only suggestion I can really give is to disable some of your higher poly mods if you are running several of them.

The first big reason is his filesize. He's over 700MB. The other reason is because I just don't care for SMG3 as a character. The latter also applies to Murder Drones characters, but the other reason is due to the possibility that they might crash due to their really high polygon counts. L4D2 doesn't play nicely with stupidly high poly models and can cause crashes when pounced by Hunters or biled on by Boomers.

@Hank J Wibleton That's a fanmade model, and based on past experiences, I won't be having that model done. I will only have it done if Tari gets an official new model, because I don't want to do a fanmade model only for an official one to come out later.
