Wither sadly I don't think that is possible. this uses a custom made vehicle setup.

You could make other vehicles using this method but you couldnt make a mod t hat automatically makes every vehicle a lowrider. at least not using the method i used. If you look at the mod hover that affects the wheels of the vehicles.

Perhaps using a similar method to that mod it would be possible. But that is beyond my modding skill
