Now it is removing class privileges resulting in loss of loyalty reduced by 10 and annual Republican tradition +1.

This mod might be a bit too harsh on technology triggered modifiers when it comes to lowering influence. Like separation of powers makes certain missions now really hard to complete due to needing certain influences to complete, especially when it comes to Artificers or Mages, who don't have a lot of influence boosting privileges. If I may make a humble suggest to limit influence minus stuff to a mere -5% percent, so to lessen mission problems
