I understand if this is a tall order, but is there any chance you could make a pack of citizens typical for northern Europe in the 1920s? (I'm making Stockholm in 1925 as realistic as possible)

in a country void of diversity, this skin pack wont fit my city. the vanilla versions are all that are livng in finland

@ObservingAll.Its for the diversity in your city. You need to fill up 3 templates of citizens and one of tourists so vanilla citizens will disappear with the mod "no vanilla citizens"
