Maybe removing the luminous gloss and removing the random sticker aspect and keeping the singular, consistent sticker will have the leather look a lot better. I would also have the increased wear be a darker brown looking like frayed leather with rips and scorch marks to help it fit into a war-time theme. These are some suggestions, I love the idea!

I think in my opinion you shoulda just stuck to one sticker rather than a bunch of random ones. Which one you may ask? I don't know honestly.

Looks great, but I have a couple gripes with it. The poopy Joe emblem looks more like a sticker than it does an embroidered patch, remove the white border on it. Also, the way the leather wears off makes it not feel like leather at all so a custom wear is more necessary here than most other skins.
