Did you creat the game in DLC (AoEF) version? I found that when I tried to find it from scenario in AOE-HD, I couldn't find it, but in DLC (AoEF) it always appears.
Simply switch to AoEF and you'll see it.

After you subscribe (download) it, the map should be automatically added into your "scenario" file and you can find it while you choose scenario game mode. Check your file to make sure it has been downloaded correctly.
Another reason that may cause this will be the version issue. Because I made the map in "AoEF" (DLC) version, you probably can't find it in the HD version even the file is located correctly. Change to DLC and try it again will work in this case.
