@Xeno :] I think you'll like this update, what was causing the sand to look bad was I didn't have mip mapping. I used the Kaiser mip mapping option and it looks amazing from near or far now

This mod is a very good mod. However, just like the original, the waves keep their shape and are only pushed back, and it is a pity that there is no animation in which the waves themselves move in detail. I feel like the quality of the game has improved a lot thanks to you. But don't you have any plans to make a mod that makes the waves that come out when a survivor falls into the water in 4k?

Okay, I had a look the sand looks fine, the problem is your rocks have poor detail textures that's why they look smoother.

I think this is a good comparison. Look at the rock texture; it looks smooth with little detail, and if you look at the sand, there are too many details, which make it look like a TV static if you're moving.

While testing, I think there is too much detail for the texture; looking far will make the sand look like TV static. Maybe if you denoise it, that would fix the problem.

Yes, I can definitely do that, I need some photos though which I'm trying to find, really need some photos of dolomite rock like you would find in Pennsylvania
