Sorry I miscommunicated, the LUA is just a 3d point to local direction converter. The point isn't "stored" in this specific system. The point you are storing in whatever targeting systems you use must be manipulated

You are free to modify it as you want. The thing with this system is that it uses points in 3d space to stabilize the camera feed, so if you want to work with the original system you have to manipulate the stored point.

will the laser spazzing out a TINY bit matter? I'm using someone's FCR is this normal? is there a way to have the output XYZ be smoothened into the gimbal?

This system has an angle error that shouldn't be there.
if you start rotating the laser lengthwise, you will get a “circular” error.
There are probably errors in the rotation of the matrix

The offset is the difference in position between the physics sensor and the laser front

You need a radar to gps system. In the video I was using gps data transmitted from the other plane.

It literally just looks at whatever xyz you input. Must be a problem with whatever you are using to get the target data.

its literally just a plane with the laser pointer on top, and it was just receiving the target coords over radio.

you just give it an input on the composite channel of the xyz of the thing you want it to point at.

use case idea, you can give it keypad inputs and z=1 to survey an area you want to attack, or even better, tie it to your waypoint for gps guided bombs and missiles to watch them impact.
