This doesn't work anymore, the focus tree is vanilla

Could you make it so Communist China joins CUF somehow? They never ended up doing so while I was at war with the Nationalists and when CUF capitulated they immediately joined Comintern.

It's intentional, for some reason communist China really loved joining the Comintern when attacked which would drag the USSR in to a war with Japan in 1937, so I had the focus just, in addition to making the GEACPS, make the Chinese united Front if China is AI controlled so they would join them instead if attacked (The AI is more likely to join factions with a shared enemy).

Not sure if this is intentional, but the Greater-East Asian Co-prosperity sphere focus forms the Chinese United Front with just China, often leading to a war against just China & Shaanxi

Rebuilt from the ground up, it should work with all the new Götterdämmerung features now. Also changed some icons to ones from later DLC so there wasn't so many duplicates like the vanilla tree. I only tested in four games, but it seemed to work fine in them, please inform me of any issues if you run in to them.

Götterdämmerung added so many features, I might rebuild this from the ground up.

Started playing HOI4 again, so updated for Götterdämmerung. What I tried seems fine, but I haven't played all the other countries to test interactions, so inform me if there is anything gamebreaking. Will update the US one next.

@Azura Germany is most likely going to be done, I already have a 2/3 finished one, but Germany interacts with a lot of events and dictates the flow of the war, so it was being troublesome and was put on hold. I mostly make these for old trees that are outdated and boring (and have been powercrept often), so Italy and the USSR are unlikely. Basically if it's pre-NSB it's on the table. If you (or anyone else reading this) really has some favorite countries you would like to see, be sure to say them, it will defenitely add some weight to them when picking the next one.

Cool. Will be a giant shitshow when super AI China and Japan fight- Also. You planning on making super trees for countries like Germany, Britain and the USSR? Maybe France even so every major has one?

@block Noted, been playing the new DLC but will update it after I get tired of that, probably along side the China mod I am almost done with.

It's pretty easy to fix, found in common>autonomous_states>wtt_imperial_associate/protectorate, add non-aligned allowed for JAP

Hello, i managed to find the fix so the Chinese United Front can form when Japan is trying to invade China. I can explain it on dm so you can apply the fix. It also resolve the issues with Sinkiang and communist china dragging the USSR since they will be in the Chinese United Front. Please, DM me if you have the time so i can help you on that.

@pmuml328 Thank you for that info. I tried to avoid working with files outside of Japan's so this doesn't interfere too much with other mods. Maybe I'll make the GEACPS focus make the Chinese united front for China to avoid that, at least as a stop gap if/until I work on China. That should also solve the issue of China dragging the USSR in to the war early too.

there may exist a bug, that is china will not create a faction with prc and other chinese states. i guess the reason is japan is not Facist.
