Good news it works now! Thanks so much for everything. Don't know why nobody reported it though since its quite a big issue but im glad its fixed :)

The mod should work now. I tested it myself. Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention!
My original thought was that the mod was fine, as it has about 100 or so subscribers, with no complaints. Why did no one say anything??

Welp, turns out I just need to hit the "Upload" button again to update it... Can't believe I just wasted an hour searching online to no avail.

Alright, I HAVE FOUND THE ISSUE.

It's like I suspected. The folder that holds all of the diffrent costume sets has changed names! Damnit I wish I knew how to update a mod!
The filepath is currently -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\312520\2969052226\Rayworld - Mod

When it needs to be -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\312520\2969052226\dressmyslugcat

How the hell did this happen??

I myself have never run into mod conflicts with DMS, but my friend said they exist... I am somewhat doubtful. How can there be conflicts with a cosmetic mod?

Might have already done this, but have you tried the "Reload Atlases" button? It's in the Get Fancy menu, in the lower right corner.

Iv'e also been told that DMS MIGHT have mod conflicts. Of which, I have no idea. If the above doesn't work, try only having DMS and Rayworld on.

Yeah I have the DLC and the get fancy button is present, I've used it before for other outfits and it worked fine either way though I still want to say that these skins are really cool hopefully one day I can enjoy them

Just to be clear though - You do see the "get fancy" button on the main menu, right? Also, do you have the downpour dlc? I'm actually unsure if DMS requires the dlc... Just asked a friend, and they suggested these.

Well I've tried everything and have even uninstalled the game to manually reset it. It seems nothing can be done. Goodbye rayman. You'll always be in my heart

Just remember to unload all of your mods, then reactivate them again after placing it there. I had to do that MANY times while making tiny edits to the sprites. If you don't reload the mods, it hangs on the loading screen in arena, and puts you out of bounds in shelters.

I'm sorry my mod wasn't working for you...

Maybe take the files from that and stick it in with the official mods? it's the only fix I can think of.

Make sure the file path looks like this though -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\mods\Rayworld - mod\dressmyslugcat\ (separate character labeled folders go here)

Finally found the proper filepath! Although, I don't think it's going to help much here.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\312520\2969052226\Rayworld - Mod

The numbers are the game id(Rain world) and this mod's id.

this is the only cosmetic mod I have, honest mistake btw. You know what I can do since I really think this mod is cool (hence the rewards I gave it)

Oh, now that you mention it, that's where the tutorial tells me to put it, lol. There is only official mods there, I'm a derp.

Ok so I genuinely cant find any of the files on my system in that location, not to mention this includes every other non-official mod I have for rain world since they work in game despite their files seemingly not being present. Now im not sure if the problem is my device
