I agree that the shimmering effect is really well done. I like that part of the unusual effect. However I think that the radiation symbol detracts from it. I think that should be removed. The flat, 2 picture juxtaposed to the shimmering, kind of 3D look of the waves is too different to each other. Otherwise, it looks really good! It reminds me a bit of series 1 and 2 unusual effects, which is a good sign.

change the toxic symbols to yellow and its perfect

Ruined by the png, the shimmering effrct looks dope, if it got a different name and was based on the shimmer idea alone, this would be a sick effect. Oh and better colors, not a fan of this shade.
