Well, to put it simply, you import them into Blender, then convert them into the format that SFM can use.

Can't really say it in detail here, as it's fairly complicated, pardon.

Well, kinda.
There's only some really basic fake interiors that only looks good from outside.

And yeah I know, I only did those 2 because the original guy only commissioned these, I'd like to do more, but they're paid models, so yeah.

those are amazing props dude, I love them, I wish we could have more for the variety, but I'll use them anyways
