Well I'm not exactly sure tbh, since they were made by another guy in Gmod, but I guess it's one of the Shadow Company model packs on Gmod workshop.

Well if you mean the model itself, no.
But if for porting it over to the Source Engine, yes.

But the model was released under CC4.0, so you're free to edit it as long as you also put the result under the same license.
