The rainbows are nice but I don't like the light blue/turquoise base color. Also maybe make it team colored?

Tone the colors down even more, make the rainbows the secondary texture as the accent, and make a darker color the base.

Gonna be honest here. Bright, flashy colors don't really transfer well to weapons.
