I think the team recognition is fine on this one, its not as bad as the sniper or the heavy's version of this (don't remeber the cosmetics name) in terms of team recognition

I'm iffy on this, since it removes a good chunk from Soldier's sleeves, which might mess up with team recognition. Decent concept, but no.

its pretty annoying that the arm bands arent any paintable colour, arent the colour of soldiers shirt and arent paintable to make them work colour-wise.
other than that, i really like this
