@kitten 1st you need to extract the voice pack with GCFScape. The all the files in that folder should go in steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead/sound/player/survivor/voice/coach, when you do that, go back to the root of your L4D2 folder and remove the update folder then open the consle using "~", then type in "snd_rebuildaudiocache" then let the bar load up, type in "quit", put the update folder back in the same place you found it, go back in the game, then done.

Are you subscribed to it? You may have to manually replace the files. That's what i did.

i've tried a few things and can't seem to get it working
