I'll gladly take it down if Triumph ever updates this mod to include all these fixes
Yeah, the only problem right now is that any Structure added by mods, do not disappear from the building list, show up even if their requirements are not met and show up in cities they can't be build in.
This is obviously not the case for vanilla things (like Wizard towers never show up in non-throne cities), province improvements that are unlocked via unlock settings disappear from the list of buildable provinces and the game correctly identifies that a building requires a previous building before it shows up.
Love modding this game, but that really needs fixing, it may just be a QoL, but it is an important one as down the road, with many mods that adds many new structures.. We're looking at a very.. very cluttered building list.

Skill 1: Strategic Spell - Summon Dire Penguin
Skill 2: Tactical Spell - Flock of Fury
Skill 3: Unit Enchantment - Dedicated to Evil
Skill 4: Transformation - Penguinification
Skill 5: City Structure - Nest of Evil
Skill 6: Unit - Dire Emperor Penguin
And what these skills do:
* Summon Dire Penguin does what you think it does.
* Flock of Fury -> inflicts blind, bleeding and 15 damage
* Dedicated to Evil -> shock and fighter units gain +2 physical damage and the Vicious Killers ability
* Nest of Evil -> +10 mana and gold, another +5 per level of Evil alignment
* Emperor Dire Penguin -> tier 2 version of the normal dire penguin
Besides skills you get:
* Penguin Statue -> Province improvement, +10 mana. +7 draft per adjacent farm. Counts as a conduit.
* Penguin Leader -> Hero skill. 20% bonus damage for animals in the stack.
Those are from the documentation, not from in-game.
In-game you have icon backgrounds that are supposed to denote this. But honestly they're pretty hard to see and people have complained about them a lot. Probably you just think they're part of the background image.
