Btw love the K4G mods, good shit man
@Krazy4Games please update the mods description
in fact it isn't the only one the following are also now CE compatible: Core, Polluted Legion, Rising Sun, Engineers Institute
I gathered this data by checking CE's internal mod patches
FactionDef K4G_Sultanate must have at least one pawnGroupMaker with kindDef 'Peaceful', or 'permanentEnemy', 'isPlayer' or 'hidden' should be set to true. Otherwise no guests from this faction will arrive.
Not gamebreaking, but would be nice to have guests from these factions.
Was looking for spare glass anyway.
It'll be a nice change to see a lot of middle-eastern names in the game to spice things up a bit and give it that extra flavor. The core mod also seems to have very good quality art that fits with the base game. I'll try give this mod a go when I start a new playthrough.
This mod adds 1 new royal faction with royal titles and permits along with support for as many quests as I could get working. It does not include a tribute collector and is missing a few quests. It is patched for Vanilla Ideology Expanded, VEF, and the DLC's.
The faction itself is inspired by the Middle East, it is divided between the nobility, the citizens who live in poverty, and pirates who have taken advantage of the situation. Different pawns will be sent for different occasions, if you are being raided by the empire it will send the royal armies, if you are receiving a trade caravan it will send corrupt guards and black market smugglers, and if you are receiving laborers or lodgers you will instead receive peasants and slaves.
What are some of the quests? What exactly is added in terms of content?
Are the headwraps and headscarfs included? Are there new clothing items added from this faction? New weapons? Like the new gear in the preview images?
There are so many things left unanswered in the description it's insane for the scope of the project. You really ought to improve on that just so the hard labor you put into the project is properly advertised and explained to people who might be interested but would due to scarce information turn away.
I think if you worked on making the description more explanatory and expansive on what the scope of the mod is about, you'd get waaaaay more downloads :)
Like I want to download this but am hesitating since I don't know what the heck I'm installing at this point lol.
