I think you're having a huge mess with the game and/or mod files there, based on what I quickly read in that log. It's very weird, you could try seeing if it works without any other mods or see if the game loads other saves correctly.

so ive been playing normally but for some reason my pawns no longer can eat these. they go through eating process but it doesn't finish and they end up standing right before finishing the fast meal. should i send github?

I think the take away is the word "commissioned". Fairly certain who ever commissioned it wanted it to work that way. Not to be a dick, but Scorpio is right. Seeing as it's a commissioned mod, the only person's "wants" that matters is who ever paid for it. (And of course our amazing mod maker)

this reliance on negatives/debuffs is an unhealthy perspective of balance. I don't want those, so I'm not going to download the mod. An improvement is to change the range: Instead of going from say -1 to +1, make it go from 0 to +2. Then you'll be admitting that your mod contributes value to the game, without shame or embarrassment. Be proud of your efforts, not everyone can do it.
