I would try making the default BLU side textures more akin to the Spy's suit, but not to a point where the paint can would have no visual difference.

i think it would be a neat touch if the globe does a really powerful spin when airblasting

Just commenting again to say that this is a really nice cosmetic.

Nice pun, and strikingly nice cosmetic for an object head, truthfully that gimmick has seen a ton of use to the point where it's almost worn out.
If you would like to make a more accessible version of something like this that may perhaps have more longevity when it comes to outfit mixing & matching, I'd definitely pursue a "Teacher" pyro cosmetic set. You'd be the first, and it'd look cool for sure, especially in your artstyle!
