the texture appears to be one of the bovine tatoos and as those are intended to be placed on a body and not replace it the body becomes invisible. Ye olde squirrel again.

I have an insane amount of mods so it's taking a while to find the problem by process of elimination but maybe someone can tell me, I saw the male hoof gene from Roo's Faun Xenotype mod give a unique body but then it disappeared and now the gene gives an invisible body and a smeared wooly something underneath (it looks like the head is floating above the wool carpets), my colony doesn't always have satyrs and fauns so I didn't notice which mod broke it, though I admit the memory of such a body may be false. I recently ate too many mushrooms and don't sleep enough

Not sure if there's already a solution but, I'm having a issue where the Unguligrade gene renders what's supposed to be applied on top of the body, as the body. So all the Satyrs are just walking around as floating heads with clouds of dust below them.

IDK if this intended or not but...

The uncouth gene's effects on social romances means effectively they can never effectively romance non uncouth pawns.

It displays as x-10% which I believe is meant to be x10% which would reduce it, currently it just makes it impossible, because even with psychic love adding a x1000% multiplier, they cannot romance an uncouth pawn.

The end result is chances actually go into the negative which defaults to zero.

It is the red error below, but it seems to have been a YuranRace conflict.
And the author of YuranRace has resolved the conflict in today's update at 16:00.
It seems we had crossed paths at just the right time.
I am very sorry for commenting over and over again.

I found the following red error.

Error in static constructor of Roos_Satyr_Xenotype.RBSF_Satyr: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Roos_Satyr_ RBSF_Satyr' threw an exception.

I asked my community member,
Ninetail, RPEF, VanillaTraitsExpanded, VanillaSocialInteractionsExpanded, RomanceOnTheRim
and patches in the same place, so I heard that it might be a conflict caused by that, but I have not been able to determine the cause of the problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could check when you are free.

The uncouth gene dosnt overwrite/conflict with the kind instincts trait from vanilla biotech, but the traits do conflict.

Hmm, we have looked for a while, and we can't seem to figure out what's causing the error at all... It seems like the instruments added by this mod (Lute, Lyre, Reed Flute and Bodhran) are the only things affected. You can continue playing without any issues; it's just that these instruments won't work.

Sorry that we couldn't figure out a fix. But it shouldn't affect your game otherwise!

@Lucky You can download the old 1.4 version here: https://github.com/Rooboid/Roos-Satyr-Xenotype/releases/tag/v1.4

It doesn't have any of the new features or bug fixes of the 1.5 update though, it's just exactly as the mod was in 1.4. Hope that helps!

Hey all, thank you so much for your patience while we've been working on updating our mods to 1.5! We've been adding some exciting new features, tweaking existing ones and fixing all kinds of bugs.

@chesse5552024 bro you comment on all the mods of this series either complaining too much fantasy over sci fi or the complete inverse. if you dont like fantasy > sci fi and dont like sci fi > fantasy thats ok (even if it doesnt make sense) but i dont understand why you keep posting it on all the mods of this series.

For those that really want these races in their games while we wait, there are other mods that add fawns and similar races. But I'll be sure to switch back to this mod once it's updated <3

Hi there! We're going to be working on updating this mod to 1.5 soon. Rimworld has changed how pawns are rendered, which might mean the update takes an extra bit of time. Thank you so much for your support, and we'll do our best to try and squish some bugs while we're at it!

very, very strangely if combat expanded is installed the bodran is usable indefinitely as a RIFLE using 7.62 nato???

would it be possible to implement any instruments as accessories or utility slot items (weaker if needed)? I'd love to give instruments to pawns incapable of violence but sadly this blocks them

I'm getting a funny little thing where occasionally, fauns and satyrs will spawn in with huge shoulderpads from VFE Pirates, but ONLY the shoulderpads. I just dev-mode them to fix'em up, but i wonder if there's a tweak I could do to fix it?

Would you be willing to add the musical instruments to the list of valid artifacts? Whether by way of this mod itself or the xenotypes expanded one.
