Added an edict to turn off the effects of additional cloak devices.

Loving the mod but bro any chance their could be a version without the giant bubbles and effects that happen with the mod cloakign devices? Kinda immersion breaking when my stealth fleet lights up into a giant bright bubble that anyone in the system can see. I mean like your cloaking devices just with the vanilla cloaking animations thanks!
