Why are they "searching for the weapon" only when they have a Valid GetEnemy()?
It causes for npcs to search weapon only when they see an enemy. (In comparison to npc_citizen, who tries to pickup a weapon when sees it)
When one uses the no delay shoot option, the npcs become immobile reaching a certain range.
