Saw a suggestion in a previous version, power should be slightly altered to be naval cap and not just ship count, so the AI can accurately tell at least what kinds of ships they are dealing with when declaring wars

@Wyv3rn highly likely, yes as they add more ships etc and probably change the same files to higher extend

@blockrock44
thanks for your feedback concerning the issue too.

The AI "behavior" has been tweaked a bit, yes. But in theory, it was made more aggressive (if you only take the numbers into account)

If it helps to know, I've had no issue with this mod working just fine currently. However, you wouldn't happen to know if it confuses the AI into not attacking, would you? I have a collection of mods, so this very possibly has nothing to do with your mod in particular. Just thought I would ask in case that rung a bell for you. : )

yes i have resub the mod multible times and tryed to change loading orders from top to below without any result
[kk_Leg] kRIEGER  [author] 18 Sep, 2023 @ 11:58pm
@Wyv3rn, did you try to unsub and resub ?
I'll have a look around and see if the defines got impacted more then expected in 3.9 - thanks for the report tho

Concerning the UI : I have no idea how to change that sorry, changing the define is easier and quicker in that regard
Wyv3rn 18 Sep, 2023 @ 6:57am
hm sounds nice but why i can still see fleet power of ai ?
Reprogrammed Automaton 15 May, 2023 @ 7:34pm
Would it be posible to just hide it from the UI rather then changing the define.

Don't get me wrong I love what this mod does, but it has the nasty side effect of making fleet power a non-factor in diplomatic weight, no mater how strong a nation is they will always have diplomatic weight 0 from there fleet.

Thanks!

Arg, the fleets powers doesn't influence the diplomatic weight in galactic community
[kk_Leg] kRIEGER  [author] 11 May, 2023 @ 12:43am
@Orphan as far as I can tell, it stays roughly the same as vanilla
Orphan 11 May, 2023 @ 12:41am
Oh nice, the AI react well ? I mean no suicidal moves ?
[kk_Leg] kRIEGER  [author] 11 May, 2023 @ 12:19am
@ThePhantomX64 so basically in Vanilla there is a line (actually several but for the sake of simplicity let's say one) which tells the AI "engage if fleet power >" or "...if fleet power x times stronger"
So basically without the fleetpower, you ratio it down so : "engage if fleet ships.number >"
that pretty much sums up the concept
ThePhantomX64 10 May, 2023 @ 8:20pm
wait so if this hides the fleet power from the AI as well, how would the AI behave not knowing what everyone's fleet power is??? I am now curios.
[kk_Leg] kRIEGER  [author] 10 May, 2023 @ 10:13am
@blueyedevil noted ! stay tuned
[kk_Leg] kRIEGER  [author] 10 May, 2023 @ 10:13am
@Orphan actually no, but there is a fix implemented which makes it so that it still behaves "normally"
Orphan 10 May, 2023 @ 9:06am
the AI still know the power of the fleets I guess ?
HiddenPrior 9 May, 2023 @ 9:46am
I actually really love this mod idea. I would be very interested in an implemented change to armies.
