Recompiled the map, skipping Vrad and running Vvis on fast. This fixed the crash but broke the visleafs. Only one visgroup would load at a time unless I was out of bounds.
My best guess is that the house is at an unsafe angle that might be breaking visgroups or lighting, but that's just a guess.
