The hek guys i have dragon bow with 170agi, 95% in bows and still doin 20 dmg to dragons xd its also impossible to kill all dragons with magic arrows (no much better dmg wise but still better) coz theres no enough resources to make them, am i missing something or im just bad xd?

Hi, I would like to change the amount of small foliage and grass too.
But the discordlink is not working for me. It says there are no Textchannels an it does not open your server.

3) game shouldn't crash this much often, weird. Try installing Dx11 Renderer here in the Workshop, might stop crashes and improve performance
4) There are new areas but nothing crazy big like Returning, there is a big area that leads to a secondary way to VoM (seen in G1 intro) and you probably saw the entrance of it (near Cavalorn bandits). Other than that, there is a big forest area behind Onar's farm and some small differences here and there, but nothing really worth mentioning, just explore.
In VoM there is this secondary passage to Khorinis (the other side) and that's it I think. Some other small improved or changed zones but nothing crazy worth mentioning.
5) skeleton bones and grave moss is needed for a new very strong potion, but other than that king sorrels are for permanent potions (use them wisely) and normal potions do not require meadow knotweed (only for the full healing pot iirc, which are needed for perm hp potions)

2) what do you mean "i am a bit slow" ? All classes are viable but pala runes are pretty bad in this version, mage is better than NoTR but still meh and in early game you still suffer a lot (need to go a bit of one hand and maybe strength to reach ch2-3 magic runes)
About difficulty, game is pretty hard and definitely much harder than NoTR, but it's totally playable and if you get on Discord, we'll give you suggestions, tips and help you in the journey if you need, but if you like challenges you'll like it. It's not "bullshit" level of difficulty but there are some "stat-check" moments.

Played for about 2 hours. It seems to be harder. A few questions:
1) is it possible to remove high grass or just have less grass, I am missing some plants or sometimes it's just hard to see
2) I am a bit slow so it might be a bit hard for me to play as a warrior. I am thinking of playing a fire mage (played as a mercenary bowman last time). Which way is the easiest? I completed Returning 2.0 several years ago and it was hard for me, I want it go easier. I really liked the "normal as in NOTR" level of difficulty.
3) game crashed twice so far, any advice to lower the amount of crashes. Last time I played Nostalgic Edition and it only crashed once during the entire gameplay.
4) Besides reworked areas, I notices several new paths/locations. It seems like it is going to be much bigger. How much bigger is this compared to normal NOTR
5) any new potions? any plants/food I should save for some new permanent stats increase?

For anyone having issues with UI scaling, L'hiver seems to be overwriting the global interface scale value. To edit go to: Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/39510/2973766210/system, and edit "INTERFACE.Scale=0" in whichever file matches the language you play in, e.g. "Lhiver_masty_pl.ini".

Then, NTX learning points is not compatible with this mod.

Actually, the main version is German. Polish and English are translations.

I noticed that the Polish and English versions look completely different. What is the main language/version?

I just wish I could keep the graphics and new items (because it all looks amazing) and tweak the difficulty a little bit. It's almost too frustrating for me. I've approached the first dragon and I can't bring myself to sweat it anymore.

Find the mod's ini file (Lhiver_masty_de.ini / Lhiver_masty_en.ini / Lhiver_masty_pl.ini) and change INTERFACE.Scale=0 to 1.

Hello, i'm play in 3440x1440 resolution and in this mod the entire UI is super small (for example health bar, quest log etc.). It is a way to change the scale of UI for bigger? Sacale command from systempack not working.

There has to be a L'Hiver mod wtihouth the increase difficulty and reworked enemies movement.
I still cant understand how any of you can play this, i cheated and set my character on lvl 50 with 5000 lp points and still couldnt kill the ork from the first cave in khorinis.

Tried dexterity build, but its so useless, Raven fight seems to be impossible with some super cheesy techniques. 46 dmg per hit(if you even hit this 2000 hp tank of a boss with regeneration that kills you in 2 hits), not to mentions demons, skeletons, rng things.... Don't know about str or magic build but for the sake of god, if anyone reads this, don't go dexterity.
