UPDATE TO You All and Halton: CSX's FINAL Heritage Unit has been Released which is Pam Am Railways (MEC / PAR) numbered 1981 meaning that CSX has painted 21 HUs beating NS's 20 HUs

If you look at CSX Sticker Unit 3415 it has the Georgia Railroad Decal on there calling it the Georgia Emblem.
